The following policies are applicable to all orders placed through the Nose to Toes online pre-order collection catalogues. 

Nose to Toes strives to offer you the opportunity to order specialty items as well as bulk and freshly made products that can be challenging to purchase otherwise. By placing a pre-order with Nose to Toes, your order will be filled first, before products are listed as in stock on our retail sites. Barring any availability issues, you are guaranteed to receive the item(s) you order. Your pre-order will be available for pickup at the location you selected as soon as we receive stock. Below is some useful information about our pre-order policy:

What is a pre-order?
Simply put, a pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for pickup or delivery.

What are the Promotions available on pre-order?
Our pre-order Promotions change therefore they are not guaranteed to be available all the time, to see the latest promotions visit our main website Pre-order Information page.

What is the share with a friend option?
Our pre-order Promotions change, however we do allow friends to organize their purchases together to maximize their savings, when certain bulk purchasing options are being promoted. In order to maximize savings the order must be under one person's name, usually the person organizing the purchase. The "share with a friend" organizer than places the order on behalf of however many friends are going together to get the savings.

I'm the organizer for a "Share with a Friend Group" what do I do?
The "share with a friend" organizer gather's everyone's requests and places the order on behalf of however many friends are going together to get the savings. The organizer insures that the deposit is paid as well as the remaining balance. During the order process they indicate in the notes section that it is a "share with a friend" order. The organizer is also responsible for picking up the product as well.

I'm the organizer for a "Share with a Friend Group" are there restrictions?
The "share with a friend" organizer can not act as a re-seller of the products that qualify for the program. If however the organizer has expenses like travel they can request that their friends reimburse them for their expenses.

Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?
Yes, when an item opens for pre-order, we always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate. However, it’s always possible for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery, or an act of God can occur that delays a shipment. You can always check the product item page for the most up to date information on availability.

How do I pay for the deposit on my pre-order?
You can pay by e-Transfer, or Paypal. Send funds as follows:

When is my deposit on my pre-order due?
You must pay for your pre-order by closing date and time in order to guarantee your order will be arrive as indicated.

How do I pay for the balance of my order?
Your final balance is due for payment when you receive the email that the product is in stock, you will get a ready for pickup notice with final amount owing. You can pay by e-Transfer, Paypal, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or in Person. Send funds as follows:

  • Paypal - email to pay@nosetotoes.ca
  • Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) - not in person - email authorization form to pay@nosetoteos.ca (note: there is a 5% processing fee)
  • In Person - by Cash, Interac or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard.) only available on orders to be picked up at the main store Nose to Toes Saskatoon.

    Do you charge my credit card at the time of purchase or when the item ships?
    We do not capture funds or do pre-authorizations during checkout when you place your pre-order. For pre-order items you will be charged a fifty percent (50%) deposit which you can pay by e-Transfer, Paypal, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or in Person. The balance of your order will be due for payment when your item arrives in stock. If you have additional items that have yet to arrive we will hold those in stock items until all items from your order arrive. 

    Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?
    Absolutely! We have a no-hassle policy toward cancellations and returns. If at any time prior to the closing pre-order date you wish to cancel or change your order simply email us at shop@nosetotoes.ca and include your name and preorder # in the subject line and body of your email.

    Note: We can not change or cancel your order after the closing pre-order date. PRE-ORDERS are custom orders therefore are non-returnable, orders can not be canceled or changed after the 50% deposit has been received as the order has already been placed on your behalf.

    What happens if I place a pre-order for multiple items that are scheduled to arrive at different dates?
    You'll be charged your 50% deposit as indicated and the balance as the items arrive in stock and we will hold your order for you upon request by email to shop@nosetotoes.ca once all items have arrived and are in stock. 

    How long will it take to prepare my pre-order once an item is received?
    We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We process and arrange for pickup of orders six (6) days a week so in most instances you can expect to receive your ready for pickup notification in one to two business days after they arrive. It's always best that you plan to pickup or accept delivery on the published dates to insure your order is ready when you arrive.
