Delivery Fees & Policy

To make delivery of your orders, we do request that your delivery address meet the following requirements:

• Residential Home with driveway or curb parking access with clear walkways.
• Work Place with driveway or curb parking access with no parking meter with clear walkways.
• Apartment or Condo address with parking access and concierge drop-off. NOTE: We cannot leave boxes unattended in hallways or foyers due to fire regulations.
• Ground Level access, unless there is elevator available.
• Provide a cell or alternative phone number should we require to contact you regarding delivery.

Live outside our home or work delivery area? We have meetup concierge service as well! Need another option, let us know we'll see if a solution is possible.
