The Nose to Toes Delivery Service for your Fur-friend is convenient as well as cost effective. If you can't take delivery we also offer a concierge service for pickup or meetup service.
AUGUST 2025 DELIVERY & PICKUP SCHEDULE
Door to Door Delivery Dates are Monday 1 pm-8 pm
The cutoff time for delivery is the Friday before Monday.
Concierge Pickup Dates Monday 1pm - 4pm (must be prearranged)
Minimum Order $100 under $100 has a $8.50 service fee
The cutoff time for pickup delivery is the Friday before Monday.
If you do not pick your order up a $25 surcharge for redelivery is required.

Delivery Fees & Policy
To make delivery of your orders, we do request that your delivery address meet the following requirements:
- Residential Home with driveway or curb parking access.
- Work Place with driveway or curb parking access with no parking meter.
- Apartment or Condo address with parking access and concierge drop-off. NOTE: We cannot leave boxes unattended in hallways or foyers due to fire regulations.
- Ground Level access, unless there is elevator available.
- Provide a cell or alternative phone number should we require to contact you regarding delivery.
Live outside our home or work delivery area? We have pickup concierge service as well! Need another option, let us know we'll see if a solution is possible.
