We offer bulk purchasing and hard-to-find items through our preorder service. We offer this service based on a schedule to optimize cost savings for our clients. This allows us to order the items to be made fresh in the case of raw food for extended shelf life. The minimum order amount is $75. Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman delivery to Door, concierge pickup service available for all other out-of-city locations.

PREORDER SCHEDULE:

We reserve the right to require minimum order quantities in any region or delivery area. If quantities for your area are not met, you will be notified regarding delivery options. Also, note that delivery dates may change if weather or driving conditions prevent safe travel.

GENERAL PREORDER INFORMATION

1. If you do not have a Nose to Toes customer account register for one.
   
   
2. Login to the Nose to Toes Customer only area, go to our online Preorder Catalogue.
   
   
3. Make your order selections online through the preorder catalogue by adding them to cart. Fill out all information including a note if you have special Pickup or Delivery needs. SELECT PREORDER for shipment type. Complete your order by selecting the payment method you require.
   
   
4. Once we receive your online order form it will be reviewed and processed, you will receive a notice via email regarding your order status within five (5) business days of preorder Cut-off date.
   
   
5. How to Pay? Select the payment method during preorder check-out. You will be required to provide either a 50% deposit via e-Transfer to secure your order, or you can pay the full amount via e-Transfer or Credit Card. Your order confirmation will tell you how to send an e-Transfer.
   
   
6. If you selected 50% via e-Transfer the remaining balance is due once you receive your final email notice that the order has arrived and is pre-packed and ready for pickup or delivery. Remember that all orders are subject to GST and PST. 
   
   
7. Your order will be available for pickup or delivery on the date advertised or indicated on the Nose to Toes website, be sure to bring a copy of your order when picking up your order. Additional charges will be applied to all orders that require storage beyond the designated date. Storage fees are $10 per day per order.
   
   
8. Note that PREORDERS are custom orders, therefore, are non-returnable. Orders can not be cancelled or changed after the 50% deposit has been received as the order has already been placed on your behalf. Minimum order amount of $50.
   
   
9. Handling & Pickup fees are free unless your order does not meet minimums in your area see the preorder schedule for details. Some areas require shipping and fees will be applicable.
